Standard Room Rate: $259.00 (single/double occupancy)
Garden Room Rate: $259.00 (single/double occupancy)

The cut-off date for the reduced group rate of $259 is
April 30, 2024. The room block is smaller than the number of workshop participants; hotel rooms will be assigned in the order that the hotel receives the reservations.
Reservations made after the April 30 date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit in non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Sonesta Resort directly.
