Policies

Registration payment, in U.S. Dollars ($) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Wednesday Conference Banquet, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 24 May 2024. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation.
By checking the box below, you acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending Hilton Head 2024, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Hilton Head 2024, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
