Hilton Head 2024

Authors » Deadlines

Both Oral and Poster presentations are REQUIRED to submit a final manuscript, signed TRF Copyright Form, and register online by Thursday, 18 April 2024.

Before starting the preparation of your final manuscript, please read all instructions completely. If you do not follow the format, style and directions, your manuscript will NOT BE ACCEPTED and you will be contacted to re-do your manuscript and you will incur all costs associated with the delay. Please make sure your paper matches the template by style, format and design EXACTLY.

The meeting will be organized in a manner similar to previous years, accepting regular Contributed and Late News abstract submissions for oral or poster presentations. There will also be an Open Poster session on Wednesday evening, before the Rump Session.

The Copyright Law requires that Workshops that publish their papers in the United States obtain copyright transfers in writing from authors prior to publication.

The technical digest distributed to all registered attendees and will appear on Transducer Research Foundation's website approximately 12 months after the conference adjourns to allow authors to explore other publication opportunities before becoming public.
